Sean is primarily responsible for coordinating research undertaken by the BENS Councils. Sean joined BENS with a background that has covered professional research in technology, population health, terrorism, and political dynamics in the Middle East. He graduated with a BA in Economics & History from the University of Leeds in the UK and an MA in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He also received a Certificate of Advanced Study in Security Studies from Syracuse University.
