Our Work

BENS works with government partners to identify opportunities to apply best business practices to address America's most pressing security challenges. We build a team of BENS members with the skill sets and expertise needed to meet our government partners' objectives and deliver results. Members participate in their individual capacity; government funding is not accepted. We are scrupulous about avoiding conflict of interest.

Skills and expertise represented among our members and frequently requested include:

Process/Improvements | Organizational Transformation | Technology | Acquisition/Procurement | Real Property | Financial Management | Geographic Subject Matter Expertise | Investments | Valuation Methods/Risk Assessment | Strategic Communications | Logistics | Talent Management
