Michelle LeBretton

Michelle serves as the Director of BENS Boston. In this role, she coordinates membership activities within the greater Boston area.

Before taking a break from her professional career to focus on family, Michelle served as the Assistant Executive Director, and then Director of Philanthropy at Linden Ponds, a Continuing Care Retirement Community. Michelle gained experience in management, operations, customer service, relationship management, and donor stewardship in these roles. Prior to working at Linden Ponds, Michelle served as Governor Mitt Romney’s Deputy Finance Director, and then Finance Director, during his successful 2002 election in Massachusetts.

Michelle received a Bachelor of Science degree and Masters degree in Business Management from Lesley University. She also attended American University’s Washington Semester Program. She and her husband Matthew reside in Hingham, Massachusetts with their three children. In her spare time you will find her on the field hockey, football or baseball field.
