Norman C. Chambers

Last serving as Chairman of the Board and CEO of NCI Building Systems (NYSE: NCS), Norm Chambers culminated more than 40 years of leadership in the engineering and construction industry in 2017. During his tenure, Forbes magazine listed NCI as one of America’s 100 Most Trustworthy Companies. Mr. Chambers began his career in the oil and gas industry, working as a deep sea diver, and has lived and worked extensively all over the world for Halliburton and Brown & Root.
Mr. Chambers served on the Board of Trustees of Springfield College from 2005-2011 and was one of the founders of the Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics at Boston College. Today, they host a lecture series in his name. Mr. Chambers was also Chairman of the "Let’s Rebuild America" committee through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce from 2012-2015 and served on the Board of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce from 2011-2016. He has also served as a member of the Business Executives for National Security (BENS) Board of Directors since 2011, the BENS Executive Committee since 2014, Chairman 2017-2020, and is currently Chairman Emeritus of the organization. In 2016, he was the recipient of the SEAL Legacy Award for his service to the SEAL Legacy Foundation mission of "No One Left Behind".
